PLAN 1 :
Pay your residence fees in full by August 1, 2017
 

Your total amount owing can be found by visiting myHousing and viewing your Statement of Account after you have been notified of your building assignment (mid-July).

PLAN 2 :
Pay your residence fees in two instalments
(as per assigned residence accommodation)
 

ASSIGNED RESIDENCE (with meal plan)

  • Alumni House, Delaware Hall, Medway-Sydenham Hall, Elgin Hall, Perth Hall, Saugeen-Maitland Hall, Essex Hall, London Hall, Ontario Hall
  • $7,000 will be paid on or before August 1, 2017 and the balance will be paid by January 16, 2018.

ASSIGNED RESIDENCE (without meal plan)

  • Alumni House, London Hall
  • $4,000 will be paid on or before August 1, 2017 and the balance will be paid by January 16, 2018.
PLAN 3 :
OSAP or other student loan recipients*
 

Your OSAP is usually released in two installments. Your first installment of OSAP (approximately 60% of your total entitlement) will be released in early September.

Pay your residence fees in two instalments, with the first instalment split into two payments (as per residence accommodation below)

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are unable to pay because your loan has not arrived or for other financial reasons, you are still expected to submit the full first instalment by August 1, 2017.

ASSIGNED RESIDENCE (with meal plan option)

  • Alumni House, Delaware Hall, Medway-Sydenham Hall, Elgin Hall, Perth Hall, Saugeen-Maitland Hall, Essex Hall, London Hall, Ontario Hall
  • The first instalment of $7,000 will be paid in two payments and will be submitted to arrive in the Residence Admissions Office no later than August 1, 2017.
    • $4,000 - To be paid on or before August 1, 2017
    • $3,000 - To be paid on or before September 29, 2017. If paying online (our preferred payment method), you can schedule the payment for September 29, 2017 or submit a post-dated cheque dated September 29, 2017. If paying by post-dated cheque, the post-dated cheque should be on file in the Residence Admissions Office on or before August 1, 2017.
    • The remaining balance will be paid by January 16, 2018

ASSIGNED RESIDENCE (without meal plan option)

  • Alumni House, London Hall (exclusively upper year buildings)
  • The first instalment of $4,000 will be paid in two payments and will be submitted to arrive in the Residence Admissions Office no later than August 1, 2017.
    • $2,500 - To be paid on or before August 1, 2017
    • $1,500 - To be paid on or before September 29, 2017. If paying online (our preferred payment method), you can schedule the payment for September 29, 2017 or submit a post-dated cheque dated September 29, 2017. If paying by post-dated cheque, the post-dated cheque should be on file in the Residence Admissions Office on or before August 1, 2017.
    • The remaining balance will be paid by January 16, 2018
PLAN 4 :
None of the above apply
 

Due to extenuating circumstances, cannot comply with any of the above payment plans. A reasonable payment plan must be prepared and submitted to the Residence Admissions Office (Room 3C10 Ontario Hall, 519-661-3547 or by email at housing@uwo.ca) before July 25, 2017, to discuss a suitable payment arrangement.

*You may be asked to provide additional information (e.g., student loan, educational savings plan, or external scholarship documents) in order to choose these options.
