Payment Options 2010-2011
OPTION 1 :
Pay your residence fees in full by August 13, 2010
 

Your total amount owing can be found by visiting My Residence and viewing your Statement of Account.

OPTION 2 :
Pay your residence fees in two instalments
 

Instalment 1 - $5,000.00 to be paid by August 13, 2010 ($3,500.00 for Alumni House and London Hall residents without meal plan)

Instalment 2 - Balance of residence fees due January 12, 2011

Please note that a deferment fee of $60.00 ($30.00 for Alumni House and London Hall residents without meal plan) will be applied to your account, and should be paid along with your remaining residence fee balance in January.

OPTION 3 :
OSAP or other student loan recipients*
 

For students receiving OSAP or other student loans, your residence fees can be paid in two instalments, with the first instalment split into two payments:

Instalment 1 - $3,000.00 to be paid on/before August 13, 2010, with a $2000.00 post-dated cheque dated September 28, 2010, to arrive in the Residence Admissions office no later than August 13, 2010 ($2,000.00 and $1,500.00 for Alumni House and London Hall residents without meal plan)

Instalment 2 - Balance of residence fees due January 12, 2011, including deferment fee of $60.00 ($30.00 for Alumni House and London Hall residents without meal plan)

PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to pay because your loan has not arrived or for other financial reasons, you are still expected to pay $3,000.00 by August 13, 2010, and to submit a post-dated cheque, dated for September 28, 2010, for the remaining instalment balance of $2,000.00 ($2,000.00 and $1,500.00 for Alumni House and London Hall residents without meal plan).

OPTION 4 :
Other extenuating circumstance*
 

If you are unable to comply with any of the above payment options, please prepare a reasonable payment plan and contact the Residence Admissions accounts officer (Room 102, Elgin Hall, 519-661-3547, or by e-mail at housing@uwo.ca) before August 11, 2010, to discuss a suitable payment arrangement.

*You may be asked to provide additional information (e.g., student loan, educational savings plan, or external scholarship documents) in order to choose these options.
