Sending Mail to Residence
Mail delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.
Incoming Mail: Canada Post delivers the general mail daily between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The front desk staff sort the mail, take out large parcels and envelopes that cannot fit into the mailboxes, and write notices for individuals to come and pick up their delivery at the front desk. The remainder of the mail is distributed by the night clerk.
Other Delivery Agents: Deliveries from independent carriers occur throughout the day. Front desk staff will notify students if there is any parcel too large for their mailbox.
Shipping Parcels to Residence
Large postage or courier delivery packages are accepted at each residence front desk. Your student will be notified when the package arrives and will claim it him/herself at the front desk.
