You can top your flex dollars online at any time using your credit card. You will be asked for your UWO user ID and password. You were automatically assigned a UWO Personal Computer Account which consists of a user ID and password (Example: jdoe@uwo.ca - where "jdoe" is the user ID.). The password was assigned to you by Western's ITS department.

Please note that this online process allows you to add flex dollars only; however, flex dollars are transferred automatically in $50 increments once your residence dollars are depleted.

You may add residence dollars in person at the Meal Plan Office, room 185A, at the Centre Spot - in the University Community Centre, or the Housing Office, room 102, Elgin Hall, during regular business hours.
